Join us for an 8-day cruise to the Mexican Riviera aboard the Norwegian Star. Departing Los Angeles on January 11, 2008, the ship will dock in Acapulco, Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa, Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas and return to L.A on January 19th. While the ship is at sea, we will give two presentations and will be accompanied by leading experts in the B&B industry: Sandy Soule of Bed and Breakfast.com (www.bedandbreakfast.com/about/sandy.aspx) and Pamela Lanier of Lanier Publishing (www.lanierbb.com). There will also be a number of round-table discussions which will allow attendees to ask questions relating to their particular circumstances. For details on the enrolment procedures, speaker topics, ports of call and special rates, visit www.innmarketing.com/cruise.htm.

Now in its 8th year, the Seminar at Sea program is the brainchild of Claude and Mariette Gagne of The B&B and Country Inn Marketplace which is headquartered in Hickory, North Carolina. The company provides a wide range of services to innkeepers and B&B operators including assistance with buying or selling small lodging establishments, marketing services, start-up training, etc. To learn more about the many services they provide, visit their web site at www.innmarketing.com.

We are always pleased to accept invitations from associations and tourism development agencies to give presentations on various aspects of running a B&B or inn. They are an ideal way for B&B operators to keep up to date on new trends or learn more about approaches that have proven to be successful. If you are a member of an association or group, ask your board of directors to contact us and we will work with them to develop presentations that meet your needs.
